Technical Account Manager

The Mojiva Technical Account Manager is responsible for working directly with customers (Advertisers and Publishers) as well as internally with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.  The position’s main objectives are as follows:
• To develop and maintain customer relationships through high levels of service.
• To communicate external schedules and manage to customer expectations.
• To assist with other sales and marketing activity as needed such as trade shows and conferences.

Responsibilities
• Publisher onboarding
• Rich Media testing
• Customer integration testing and support
• Tracking and escalation of customer issues

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of technical account management experience.
• Strategic account planning and execution experience and abilities.
• Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal oriented and self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Able to work independently, or within a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Digital advertising experience a must.
• Experience in the mobile industry a plus.
